Returns and Exchanges
If items are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation with USPS.
If you are not satisfied with the item, please send it back within 3 days of receipt of the package and I will gladly issue a refund for the price of the item (not including shipping) provided it returns in the same condition as it was sent.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the cost of the item to be returned was over $100.00 please insure the package for the full amount paid so that it is fully protected during transit and also to protect yourself from liability should something happen to the package. Please message me prior to shipping and also provide me with a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
